Is Bleaching Right For Me?

May 10, 2012

Everyone seems to be bleaching their teeth these days. Esthetics is incredibly important to everyone ( well most everyone) and straight white teeth are the first things other people see .They say so much about you and your self respect. Bleaching can be done professionally by our office staff for a great result. It does not harm the teeth when used as directed. The results are amazing. Teeth can also be straightened with veneers over a two week time span and will look wonderful when done. Orthodontic tooth straightening can also be done if the crookedness or crowding is severe. Over the counter bleaching works also, but just not as well and not as fast.

Anything done to enhance one's appearance, starting with the teeth, will make you feel and look younger and boost your self image. We can help a great deal .

The Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) is a vital part of your jaw that allows movement of the lower jaw. It is a hinge that connects your lower jaw to the temporal bones of your skull, located in front of your ears. This joint is essential for functions like chewing food, speaking, and other everyday activities. However, when something goes wrong with this joint or the surrounded muscles or ligaments, it can lead to a condition known as Temporal Mandibular Dysfunction (TMD), which can significantly affect your daily life. It is estimated to affect 5-12% of the general adult population, with women having 2x prevalence to men.
