To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you. If you've had dental x-rays in the last six months, please bring them to your first appointment. If you wish we will contact your prior dentist who has your latest x-rays and have them delivered to us to aid in your exam.

Dr. Bienenfeld will perform a complete oral examination utilizing a full set of x-rays we will take and discuss any treatment you may need. Periodontal disease, and even oral cancer. Your first appointment will take about an hour after your forms are filled out. You can save time by filling them out beforehand by filling out the short form below and we will deliver needed forms to your email right away.

Teeth cleaning might be performed during your initial visit, but will usually be scheduled at a later time as some people need more time for their cleaning and we can determine this at your exam.
